The pyramids were built more quickly than this Drewlo slab.

I suspect the pace will quicken soon as the concrete forming team working on their 16s Talbot St building is almost done there. The extra workers should speed up the pace on this 11s building unless they move to the project Drewlo is building in KW.

Pouring the 6th floor slab on the west end of the building today. Appear to have nearly completed all the 5th floor walls and posts now on the east end. With concrete forming on Drewlo's 16s Talbot St project wrapping up they have alot more of those workers available to join this project for the next 6 months.

Have now poured some of the 6th floor walls on the west end of this 11 story building. Still working on the forming of the 6th floor slab on the east end.

Looks like the 6th floor slab is now poured with good progress on completing the 6th floor walls and posts on the east side.

They have now got some of the 7th floor walls and posts poured on the west side and are forming for the 7th floor slab on the east side of this 11s building. They have also now poured the basement foundation walls for what appear to be a single block of townhouses that will front Coronation Dr on the east side of this apartment building. Framing is also started on a small parcel of land across the street to the south for some more townhouses.

I've been living in this neighborhood for 18+ years, and I am really sick of the neverending construction.

They have finished pouring the 7th floor slab and have about 2/3rds of the 7th floor walls and posts poured. They have completed the basement walls for the townhouses on the east side and have most of the ground floor walls framed on the south end.

They have now got about 50% of the 8th floor walls now formed and poured in this 11s Drewlo rental building. The townhouse units on the east end have now been framed and the asphalt shingle roofing is also finished.

Drewlo is still working on forming the 8th floor walls on the east end. Of note their appears to be a step back on the east end for the 8th floor. Masonry contractor has already started installing the brick on the south wall of the townhouse.

The 8th floor walls on the east end are finally poured and they are working on forming for the 9th floor slab. The west end has 9th floor wall forming started.
