10th floor concrete slab pour started this past week. Likely finishing this week and the walls will begin.

Should be topping this out by June.

Well under way on the 11th floor walls.

12th and final floor will likely be finished by end of May.

This is now topped out. They haven't started installing the window and patio door units as of yet.

Some windows up to 3rd floor now installed and some work on the balconies. Very slow as it seems like they are tentative with the installations. Wonder if they have run into some fitting problems?

More to come

Some windows up to 3rd floor now installed and some work on the balconies....
Now they are moving the debris, junk and material to the side, to start the new tower; yes another one so the zaga continue for the next few years. The city is all about money, the well been of the residents, the overcrowd of cars with small roads, lack of green zones and planning a friendly neighborhoods have no room in their plans.

Still only up to the 6th fl with the windows. Really slow progress on the installations.

Hard to believe they still haven't finished the window and balcony door installations yet.

Well the 12 floor windows and patio doors appear to now be installed. The longest glass installation I've ever seen. If they do the interior drywall at this pace they won't have any tenants until 2020.

Tower crane is now gone. Will Drewlo move it behind Lowes or to the Talbot St project next?
