Another section of ground floor slab has been poured on east side of parking garage. Some more of the L1 walls under the apartment have also been poured. Looks like they are back filling some of the interior foundation sections as well. Looks like a lot of dirt being moved in with a conveyor machine. The foundation for the apartment building is rather different with the footings buried below the L1 level.

Ground floor slab now poured for parking garage. Now forming the ground floor walls for apartment building. No sign they are starting the 3 story commercial building anytime soon. Might be planning to delay that given Covid now.

Looks like forms are up for the first above ground level, I only saw quickly but was towards the back so I am assuming that will be the main building

Finishing the 2nd floor slab pour today on east end and already have some of the 2nd floor walls poured. Given the rectangle floorprint each floor will probably take approx 3 weeks to complete. Only 16 more floors plus mechanical penthouse to go. This 17s should be topped out by Feb 2022. Not sure if or when they will start on the 3s commercial building fronting Southdale.

Looks like they have poured some of the 4th floor slab on west end. Have some of the steel rebar up for the 4th floor walls. Still working on the 3rd floor wall forming on east end. The 4th floor is the last floor with the bump out wing towards the north. With its completion the remaining floors are just the rectangle floor plan.
