Some of the 5th floor walls now formed on west end of building. They should be able to settle into a floor every 3 weeks now.

Some of the 6th floor walls are now poured on the west end. Should finish the 6th floor slab pour on the east end of building this week.

I wonder what those overhanging concrete forms will look like in 30+ years, after the newness declines.

6th floor walls are now completed. Most of the 7th floor slab is poured as well. Even have some of the 7th floor walls poured on the west end.

Forming and pouring of the 7th floor walls is progressing well on the west side of building. They are taking about 3 weeks to complete a floor.

Have now got some of the 8th floor walls poured on the west end. Most of the 7th floor walls are now formed. Also excavator and dump trucks removing the hill of dirt at intersection of Southdale and Boswick Rd. Appear to be doing some early site prep for the NW corner of property.

8th floor walls are now poured. Appears they have also got some of the west end 9th floor slab poured and a couple of 9th floor walls. Will be hitting the half way point in height soon.

9th floor walls now poured on east end. Have poured some of the 10th floor slab and poured some of the 10th floor walls on west end.

10th floor slab appears to be poured now as 10th floor walls and posts continue to be formed. Have also started installing the window and balcony door units now on the lower floors.

Installing the construction elevator on the south side today. Most of the 10th floor walls are now poured on the west end and forming started for 11th floor slab. The 10th floor walls are mostly formed now on the east end.

10th floor walls are now poured. Have poured some of the 11th floor slab on the west end and have a couple of 11th floor walls poured. Should complete the 11th floor slab pour on east side by end of next week.

Finishing up the 12th floor slab on east end. Alot of the 12th floor walls are now poured and being formed on the west end. After the 12th floor the floor plate becomes a rectangle due to the step back in the NW corner. The pace should increase for floors 13-17.
