They have poured the L1 floor slab in the NW corner.

L1 walls and posts forming now started in the NW corner. Progressing with the L1 floor forming and steel rebar in the SW corner. I suspect the parking ramp from L2 to L1 will run along the south wall and forming for that will start in the coming weeks.

Concrete pump truck onsite today to pour another section of the L1 floor slab. Progressing with steel rebar and forming of L1 walls and posts on the north end. Should see some of them poured soon. Would expect forming to start for the L2 to L1 parking ramp soon which will complete the L2 level.

The most southerly portion of the L1 floor is still being formed and steel rebar being installed.

Pouring the most southerly section of the L1 floor slab today completing the level. Should see the L2 to L1 parking ramp formed and poured in the near future as well as some of the L1 walls and posts.

Have made some progress with forming and pouring L1 walls and posts. Likely still weeks away from forming and pouring any of the ground floor level slab.

Looks like they are using prefab concrete slabs for the ground level floor on the west side. Have also got steel rebar for ground floor walls up on part of the west side. Still working on L1 walls steel rebar on the east side thou.

Have now installed some of the 2nd floor slabs on the west side. Still working on forming and steel rebar for ground floor walls and posts on the east side.

Still working on the forming and steel rebar for the east side walls and posts of the ground floor podium base. Might see pours by end of next week.

Still working on the forming for the ground floor walls in the NE corner. Have landed a few of the 2nd floor precast floor slabs on the west side. Progress is slow and steady on this build. Will be interesting to see if it picks up the pace after the podium base is complete and if they go with precast concrete walls and floors for the remaining floors.
