They have restarted work with forming up for the L1 walls on the west side. At the pace they are going they may have the ground floor slab poured by the end of the year thou.

They have hit a milestone finally with the completion of the ground floor slab being installed using precast concrete slabs. No signs yet what construction method they plan to use for the above ground floors. Still no signs that they will setup a tower crane for this build either.

They have formed and poured a couple of small sections of ground floor wall and also built some using concrete block. Progress is very slow and at the rate they are going they will still be putting up ground floor walls months from now.

Progress has started again on this site with mobile crane installing structural steel posts and beams for the ground floor. Looks like they will be using precast floor slabs and structural steel and poured elevator shaft for this 6s building.

Have started installing the 2nd floor pre-cast floor slabs on the south end. Hopefully they are able to complete the 2nd floor slab install by end of the week.

They have now installed the 2nd floor steel wall modules.

Most of the 3rd floor steel modular wall panels are now installed and some more structural steel wall posts. Should see 4th floor precast concrete floor slabs being landed soon.

Nice photo.

Shows the signage that this project is by Brock Development Group. The same company that built the Teeple Terrace building on Wonderland Rd S.

Should see the 5th floor precast floor slabs being installed very soon. Would not be surprised to see this 6s building topped out before the holiday break. Exterior and interior finishing over the winter months with first tenants in the spring.
