Have started landing the 12th floor concrete slabs in the south end.

Tricar now have most of the 13th floor walls installed. There is a step back on both the north and south ends of the building for the 13th floor. This will likely be topped out in April. Where will this concrete assembly crew go next? Might they start the 96 Ridout St tower? Or return to Sunningdale for building 3 of the NorthLink site? Or might they start the North Centre Rd and Richmond project? Tricar recently announced a major new project site in KW called Deer Ridge. Might they turn their attention to KW for the next few years?

Most of the 13th floor walls and now installed and mechanical penthouse walls are starting. This will be topped out very soon. Windows and balcony doors are installed now up to the 6th floor level.

This building is now topped out. Windows and balcony doors are installed half way as well.

Delivering the interior elevator counter weights today. Progress continuing with the window and balcony door installations and railings. Installing the underground parking level roof membrane for the ground topping. Would not be surprised to see the tower crane removed by end of June. Where will Tricar construction crew go next?

Alot of the steel partition walls are now installed so would imagine alot of the final electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough ins. Should see drywall contractor starting soon. Tower crane is still installed. They have also rebuilt the driveway to tower 3 and have the curbs and grading completed. Should see that paved this week.

Tricar still has the tower crane up for this rental building. Alot of the landscaping is now installed and they have paved the surface parking lot on the north side and entrance lane on the east side.

Tricar still has the tower crane setup on this rental building for some reason. They don't seem to be in any hurry to remove it and finish this building.

Planning on setting up the lobby, guest suite and the amenities furniture at the end of April. Usually have move in shortly afterwards.

The tower crane is still standing as of today. Not sure why Tricar is so slow on its removal or in finishing this apartment building.
