Sifton has submitted a "draft plan of subdivision" and zoning application for the first phase of their proposed subdivision near Colonel Talbot Rd and Pack Rd.
The first phase includes:
• Twelve (12) single-detached lots;
• Five (5) medium density blocks;
• One (1) future development block,
• One (1) park block;
• One (1) school/medium density block;
• Six (6) road widening and reserve blocks; and,
• Three (3) new streets.
