Is there some sort of thing with the light trim at the top of nearly all the bldgs...I've never been there, but it appears that most of the bldgs have the same light feature at the top.....is this intentional??

It is just a thing for the holidays. The lights arent on all year in Uptown but the ones on the downtown buildings are. The wind was really bad so I couldn't max out the zoom like I wanted to.
