Thanks!
The north side podium looks more mundane than the Gilmore side.

The overweight building entrance, with massive pillars looks great in person.

Look forward to seeing the finish on it, should be quite luxurious looking.

Seems like its 40ft high, or so. Looks quite impressive as is, would seem like it could look great with some nice finishes.

Too early to say how this one is going to look, but it has a chance to look better than Escala. I just remember looking up the penthouse layouts in the past and boy did they have an awkward design. You have a massive patio space and tiny labyrinth of a living space.

I also chose an A2 unit - Complete privacy and unobstructed views almost 180 degrees spanning DT Vancouver and NS mountains - I am looking forward to being able to have the windows completely free of blinds and curtains without other condo dwellers being able to see into our unti.

What's going on to the right side of the last pic, the large construction site with hoarding all around it?

That's what I've seen in City's online plans. Douglas will then not connect to Gilmore, and the chunk of land north of First and east of Gilmore will be added to the park. At least that's what I'm expecting and hoping.

We need someone to fly a drone up the front of the building so we can get a good look at it.
