So, does anyone have an in with the City of Burnaby or the developer to actually get some official heights for the missing projects on the official list?

Also, any word on the official height of the Coaquitlam tower? Looks to be right around 150 meters in the render.

Someone must be able to go to the city office itself and look at physical diagrams. Seeing how when my parents did a simple addition on their own house drawings had to be made with exact heights and posted before starting.

Updated 1445 W. Georgia's rendering.

Again, if anyone anywhere can get official heights for any of the projects in Burnaby, please tell me.

Cheers

#11 now (technically tied with Burrard Place, but since it is already under way decided to give it the #10 spot)

I am also interested in how well they will be maintained.

Updated the Baptist Church proposal (height increase from 176.8 to 178.6)

First page updated.

Nice to have an official height for the GEC Education Centre.

6525-6585 Sussex Avenue added to the list.

Metro-Van is now up to 19 towers with official heights over 150 meters.

Again, if anyone has info regarding those with missing official heights, please share!

What about the tower planned for the Sears Metrotown site, which supposedly will be the tallest in Metro Vancouver if built? 65 stories + a fairly large crown.

I will add that / those towers when an official application is made public.

Also, even then, without the official tower heights I will only add them as notes and not on the list itself. (Look at the Gilmore developed for example).

Projects in Burnaby are terrible (the worst in the country?) for official tower heights.

Thanks for the note on the New Westminster Project, will change that.

The First Baptist Tower is now called The Butterfly by Westbank. I'll be attending the big Realtor Keynote Event this evening at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, should be interesting.

Well 2 or more are currently proposed, Gilmore Station and the Sears site in Metrotown, but the Gilmore one seems somewhat stale and the Sears site is still very preliminary, also neither have publicized their official heights (which are required for my list).

So I have updated the list, adding Gilmore place now that we have a rumored official height of 705 feet (214.8 metres)

Again as always, would be wonderful if anyone on this forum had more info regarding the heights of various Burnaby and now Coquitlam projects.

Also the Burnaby and Coquitlam diagrams need some TLC.

That's crazy if 3 Civil Plaza was done a couple years ago it would have been the third tallest building.
