they will have to widen the parking stalls at the skydome to accommodate all the tractors and combines from saskatchewan.

Hopefully the Feds hand out some more equalization payments so that Winnipegers can afford to make the trip.

Now that I got that out of my system I am so happy these two teams are playing. Nothing for the rest of the country to do but cry softly into their pillows.

Nicely played.

From a player, and slowly from a fan persepctive, the main rival for us is the Montreal Alouettes. There is the geographic and historic presence with the Bombers and Riders. However, there isn't really any bad blood between the two teams.

Well, I think this game will be a bit too close to call. I want the Bombers to win, but hey, you never know.

Hehe. Imagine the 401 in that scenario. I'm sure almost no one there has ever seen that kind of machinery on the roads before, until the Riders come to town.

I can't count the number of times I've been stuck behind farm machinery maybe an hour outside of Toronto. Or even worse the horse and buggy up by Kitchener/Waterloo. You head northwest of Toronto and you're out of town pretty fast.

That being said I want to arrive on my Lake Winnipeg style bombardier, complete with wood stove inside.

Good luck Winnipeg. If the Riders have to lose at least a western team will win.

But saying that Riders will kick ASS!!!!!!!!!

That "W" on the Bombers helmet has a secondary meaning in my books... WEST. The Bombers are the Western team represending the eastern conference. This also marks the final piece in Winnipeg's Grey Cup puzzle.. Winnipeg is the only team to have played every team in the league in the championship game.

I am also very happy to know that the Man/Sask forum is a forum for winners. Alas we could be from the Alberta forum and be sucking air.. well I guess half of Calgary is from Saskatchewan (but starting to move back home in droves) so thats not completely true. We could be in the Ontario forum .. and be openingly wondering why there are so many people are walking the streets of Toronto with painted faces... and with flags marked with a W logo or an S logo. WTH!!!

No we are all about the championship!! Can you imagine if Leafs and Canadiens were to meet in the Stanley Cup Finals... well I mean if Toronto actual had something that resembled a hockey team. How exciting would that be!! This is one of those huge rivaleries... geography dictates it.. but its also a urban vs rural matchup.

This is what its all about!! The championship Cup... national bragging rights... and recognition of greatness.

Go BLUE!!!!!!

Maybe you're blind.. or do you just choose to ignore the growing number of for sale signs on almost every block?

I know of numerous people who are either in the process of moving .. or planning on moving within the next year. Calgary was the it place .. but Saskatchewan has its economy at full speed and people are heading back. Sorry if it hurts to know many "Calgarians" are temporary residents, but enjoy all the Rider Parties. The real Calgary Team.

10-7 Riders. They gained some momentum towards the end. The game is now interesting.

I think tomorrow should be a public holiday. For Saskatchewan and even the rest of Canada.
