Yes, the warning light was clearly visible from Media. It is very, very bright.

That one part of the lantern that’s been lit up actually looks different now from the rest of the structure even when it’s not lit. Looking at it now from the train, and it seems “whiter”, almost like it’s lit but it’s not lit (there’s no brightness emanating from it). Def didn’t look this way before this week. Wish I could get a pic to show what I’m talking about.

Never mind, it is lit, just not nearly as bright as the other days. Maybe it’s warming up.

I take back what I took back earlier - that bottom block that's been lit up definitely looks different than the rest of the lantern even when not lit. Almost like it's 100% opaque compared to ~75% for the top of the lantern.

I'm not seeing what you're seeing at least in the photos, is this something you're noticing in person?

Wow... it's so close to completion. And it looks spectacular, too.

Driving cross country, and stopped for a look around Philly, put the drone up for a quick aerial a few days ago

In person. First time from 30th st as my train was coming in, then today from south Philly. Too cloudy for a photo to accurately show it from the distance but unless it’s just always lit and you can’t tell during the day, it looked different.

OK I’m dropping this. I’m wrong. Looking at it on a nice sunny day and there’s onsifference at all. I think what I’m noticing in the gloomy afternoons is the light on at a very low level, either warming up or with the simmer all the way down.

I think the beacon light looks awkward on the thick lantern. Would look better with 4 smaller ones on the corners in my opinion.
