Design Build Solutions which is a subsiary of ACL Group of Companies (Atlantic Corporation Limited) - Shannex, Seaboard, etc, appears to have a new website. They generally build most of Shannex's buildings and are currently working on the Parkland Tower at the Willow Tree.

Their website has renderings of the Bedford South parcel which has recently been cleared and where equipment is being mobilized.

Is this next to their new building(s?) at the top of Starboard Drive, across from the Sobeys?

Yes. They own from Larry Uteck to Fleetview so this building will be somewhere along that stretch. The renderings are a couple of posts up.

Looks like two buildings now. A permit was just issued for;

6-storeys / $14.2M / 71 units at the same site. This one doesn't mention care beds so it should be standard apartments that are designed and targeted to seniors.

This is Shannex requesting changes to the allowed land-uses, density, and population of it's new site under construction. They are looking to build 17 buildings over three phases by 2031. There is a site plan included in the report.
