Red face TORONTO | Garrison Point | 39 FL + 35 FL + 34 FL + 29 FL + 25 FL

Address: 30 Ordnance Street
Developers : Cityzen Development, Fernbrook Homes, Diamond Corp and Build Toronto.
Architects: Hariri Pontarini Architects and bKL Architecture (out of Chicago)

Heights are unknown at this time, but it looks as though there are 5 buildings in this development. The heights range from 49 stories to 23 stories, though that has not been 100% confirmed.

Currently, that lot is as close to a dead zone as you can get. This proposal is about as much as one could hope for, but I'm not sure it will end up looking as vibrant as depicted.

It would be good for the area to get something like this. Nice lot of heights and density. Gets my thumbs up overall.

I hope this isn't East Bayfront. The previous render depicted some brick/stone cladded curved buildings with classical proportions.

The podiums in this new render look okay but the tallest tower looks ugly. The (apparently) curtainwall look okay.

In that case I think they'd be a great addition.

Taken 5 days ago...

Welp, the first tower is high....the second is climbing, the third is just getting out of the ground, the fourth is also getting out of the ground behind the others, and the fifth is yet to start (I'm pretty sure that is):
