Nice to see these are progressing well. Thanks for posting those Whalleyboy. Surrey is starting to look surprisingly urban from this angle:

Aye, citypoint is a great "pedestrian oriented" building in that it is built so close to the sidewalk and will have retail (assuming) on the bottom. A huge departure from the other condos right by Gateway (the ones across... 108th?) that have a huge amount of space between them, and a pool for some reason.

city point is a good example of the type of realist projects that the city and developers should be building. nothing too big, nothing fancy, no grand multi phase development. .just 2 medium sized towers that got little publicity but are being built on time and on budget without any construction or financing delays.
but unfortunately most other developers in the area have these huge plans that rarely end up being built because they spend the first 2 years building the smaller phases first like 4 story condos and by the time they begin working on the towers its usually over budget or delayed or some times even scrapped.

I these ones and d'corize were the smart ones around surrey

I think quattro is the only big one still going and its probably cause there not towers
Speaking of them there doing pretty good with the rebuild of the phase 2 apartments. Last i saw they were just starting up on the fourth floor

Nice. They appear quite a bit taller than the older IntraWest towers across the street - maybe because they are up hill from them?

I find these towers to be the best looking in the area. I love the layering.
