Ended up at Black Sheep. Nice to be able to sit and talk without having the yell across a table. Plus the walk from the office was short.

And Cold I will be over when the temp is up and the roof is open.

Has anyone been to that new crepe place on RHW next door to Tres Carnales? I wandered by after I had my lunch and it was completely devoid of customers.

The last review on Urbanspoon not good...I hope they are reading them.

You would think they would put a folding sign on the street or at least the window informing what the lunch special is. And hours of operations.
Edit: When I go by there is no street sign, but the FB shows a picture of one...go figure: https://www.facebook.com/crepesymphony

I tried 3 Boars Friday night and was really impressed. The place has a great atmosphere, unique menu and an amazing beer selection (both local and foreign). Be warned though that the place is tiny (part of the charm in my opinion) so you might be stuck waiting for a seat for a while.

Yay! In South Common, guess I won't be going there any time soon.

There is a Five Guys in Sherwood Park on Wye Road, been there for a year or more.

Interesting reviews on YELP on 3 Boars. I think they are legit, as some reviewers providing the cons and pros. Seems service is a real problem.
Like bulliver - also not going anytime soon to South Common. I have ZERO interest in shopping centres spread out like that in the suburps. Same for WEM.

1 out of the 4 gave a poor review. I wouldn't put too much into that...yet.

If that's the place in LeMarchand...you may want to check out their dinner specials...as we saw they had a steak special (2x10 oz NY Strip) plus desert for 2 people includes a bottle of wine for $50.00...think it was Thursday evenings. Call them.

3 boars

109st/84 ave

Small but great little space. Bar down, rest up.

Packed by 6 so often a wait

Worth it though. Had pork shoulder, wild boar rilette and halibut.

Great depth, quality was unreal, needs extra bread to soak up the remainder.

Portions are smaller but makes for a great 'sharesies'.

Drink menu is excellent. Food mostly local. A bit loud but I like that.

Service quite attentive.

$75 for 2. Next time budget a bill and explore more.

YUM
