No news on the tower, but the nightclub is set to open in mid-November.

Looks like the club is opening sometime in December, at least in time for New Years Eve.
They've posted NYE plans already. https://www.facebook.com/events/939948566139050

No idea about tower.

Kind of hard to see, but the nightclub portion of this project looks to be complete/nearly completed! Unfortunately, no movement on the surface lot at 12th and Vine.

Oh, I didn't see frbrown's post about NOTO opening for New Year's Eve. Well that's embarrassing brain fart on my part

On a positive note, at least I know what I'm doing this weekend!

It's really not worth it. Saw a show there a few weeks ago.

Disappointing news about a project that some of us have been waiting on:

Quote:
You may remember that the DeBerardines proposed a 16-story, 221-foot-tall, 99-unit apartment building on the lot at 1201 Vine St. in 2016. We have not heard any updates on that project. With the 1209 Vine St. project assigning 18 parking spots to the empty lot, we do not imagine the tower project will happen any time soon. The tower project plan included a mechanical parking system. So, if the tower is ever built, 1209’s 18 parking spots should be able to be absorbed within the automated parking garage.

This project has been downsized to 8 stories, but hey, anything is better than what's there now.

^^Still a superb looking project. We'll close this thread and all future updates for the project will go in the Lowrise/General Development Thread.
