Thanks. I got the new Rebel Ti1. I was going to buy a used 50D, but the HD video on the Rebel changed my mind.

I went on another long walk today, this time around the Glenmore Reservoir. Ran into this guy between Heritage Park and Glenmore Landing. There is still velvet on his antlers.

I found this picture (from the Provincial Archives of Alberta, H. Pollard Collection) of the neighbourhood I grew up in. It was taken just after my parents bought their house in 1948. Price then was $5,500. Price now is about 100 times that. They were teased for moving way out in the boonies!
