No balconies. The windows don't look like they open up all that much either. The 1 bedrooms with "den" have wasted space for the "den" which is more like a foyer to a small and narrow apartment.

The corner glass windows really help make this look great

I agree. The Dianne is turning out really well. It looks even better in person, and it fits the neighborhood perfectly.

I completely forgot these are going to be apartments. There's now a [very generic] website for The Dianne.
