Pics by City of Rain taken April 30th.

The concrete walls frame the building nicely.

I like the dark green colour of the spandrel, this building will look great if they keep the warm tone brick. I also like the way the townhomes are interacting with the tower and the fact that there will be some flat concrete surfaces not covered in spandrel on the tower. The designs in the concrete on the sides of the tower are nice too.

Not much change over the past few months from this view. Will be interesting to see the look when all the plastic comes off:

Guess that column isn't fully structural,.
Nice high lobby ceiling.

We had an awesome day and BBQ cook out at the Addition yesterday. There will be many more to come!

Thanks.
I guess they are sealing the concrete before the bricks are laid?

Looks to be that way. I didn't think you needed to do that with masonry applied to a formed wall but it must be because there is no insulation on either side of that wall.

The dark brick looks good in person, as does the Murray Hotel reno, though the windows are still not in great shape.

Not much occurring on the outside of the tower, though lots going on at grade and presumably inside too:

So, as the ebb and flow of the universe goes; as one crane goes up at the Arc one must come down... or it's just a coincidence... I'll go with whichever option get's a bigger laugh.

Thanks for sharing. Quite a few interesting design details that weren't apparent in the renderings.

Oh, if you're going out the front door, be careful of that last step. It's a doozy!

Okay, they're not steps and there is no door there but... what are they?

Hahah I love it

The brick is nice. Not sure why the city didn't want the building to line up with the Murray hotel though.
