Same as EVO and 3737 Chestnut. 3601 Market is only allowing 20% undergrads.

This is also isn't showing up in the Philadelphia Projects & Construction forum. Can we fix this?

This one looks great by the way. Not everyday that two skyscrapers get announced.

Mods cannot add threads to the Philadelphia Projects and Construction Forum. You need to contact an Admin to get it fixed.

There are also a couple of under-construction threads that haven't been showing up in the Philadelphia Forum--the apartment tower by the BF Bridge, for example.

Can you point me in the direction of an admin? With the two new projects today missing from that forum along with One Water Street there are now a bunch of projects that don't show up in the Philadelphia forum.

Anyone have any luck contacting the admins? How many threads are there that exist that are not on the P&C Page? I feel like I'm missing out :/

This is a great building I think. Between the underground parking, green roof, townhomes, the community center, and respect for the park nearby, I'd say this project fits in very well there.

I actually kinda like the exterior design on this one. For some buildings (like this one), I think more height would better enhance it's looks. Don't think that's gonna happen though.

Article from Naked Philly about this. Comment at the bottom claims work will begin in the fall on this. No idea how accurate that is.
