I just would like to see a building that makes an impression on the Cleveland skyline. Something over 400 feet would be nice. Stonebridge is really coming along nicely.

I really like the Stongbridge Phases 6-12. Hopefully most of those can get built.

Does anyone know if 515 Euclid Tower gets built, will it be just commercial or residential living as well?

Updated October 29th: new images for Valleyview Homes and Steelyard Commons.

"Does anyone know if 515 Euclid Tower gets built, will it be just commercial or residential living as well?"
There are retail spaces in the existing parking garage, but the tower will be all residential.

^ Thats great news, or at least what i was hoping for. That would be a huge gain in Cleveland's already growing population downtown.

I was very shocked to see that it will last for many on the restoration of Terminal Tower. Although the top of the tower is coming along very nicely.

Yes, sorry. Just trying to keep the Cleveland one alive in here as well. Been thinking on joining urbanohio, but i have been very busy at work, and sometimes find it hard to even get on here.
