A beautiful walk in a beautiful neighborhood with my beautiful wife

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in St. Louis, so my wife and I took a nice long stroll around our neighborhood, the Central West End.

**Warning** I haven't shaved in a week, so I look like a total slime ball.

My photos aren't the greatest, but thankfully the CWE looks good anyway...

Man, with all the couples in these pictures, you'd think it was spring! I even saw a guy in shorts!

St. Louis Coffee Oasis. "WHAT WILL YOU HAVE BOSSMAN!" LOVE that place.

St. Louis as found before the great winter superstorm of 2011. I like it.

1. Happy to see the Majestic Cafe is safe & sound despite being surrounded by new construction.
2. These pictures make me homesick beyond belief. You were in all my old stomping grounds.
3. Above all, your wife is lovely. You are a fortunate man.

haha, you aren't kidding, when I clicked on this thread I thought you were making a Talking Heads song lyric reference, I wasn't expecting it to be literal. Great little tour of a great neighborhood, definitely a good collection of architecture to enjoy.

nice thread, but do your wife a favor and dont post pictures of yourself standing next to her. You're just making her look bad.

Yeah, I thought it was gonna be a Talking Heads reference, too -- I didn't expect it to be truth in advertising. Great pix!

Certainly looks like the type of neighborhood where I'd want to live if I were to move to St. Louis. Thanks for posting these!
