CALGARY | n3 | 58.5 m / 192 ft | 16 floors

A 16 floor 168 unit condo tower developed by Knightsbridge Homes and designed by GEC architects to rise in Calgary's East Village

One of the key features of this building is that it will have no tenant parking, only 14 stalls of visitor parking which will be at grade.

Sales centre for N3.

90% of the units were sold in the opening weekend of the launch on Sept 12.

Cladding Installation Begins at N3

Quote:
A new residential project in Calgary's East Village by Knightsbridge Homes and Metropia is quickly taking shape, thanks in part to the absence of a dedicated parking garage. The first row of decorative cladding installation on N3 has begun as crews work on the eighth floor, the halfway point for the GEC Architecture-designed development.
