Here's a listing from the filing...the 4th floor looks to be studio apartments.
As far as the height, I had considered the elevation, it could be off. I don't know what the exact heights of the neighboring buildings are, but we'll get the exact height eventually.
Meanwhile, I expect a very nice addition to both the skyline and the block. Looks like they will be drawing from the surrounding area...
