This building will finally make Bloor into a Toyko-Style Ginza area.

Very upscale, wealthy shopping area - but also very animated

Or Anime?? Lol!

Number One Bloor sounds like a corporation from Omicron Persei 8.

The excavation is 3 or so floors down. Not sure how deep its going. Somewhere between 6 and 8 floors.

That deep, eh? Then it will be at least a year until it reaches ground level. I thought this one wasn't going down so far because the subway would impede.

an application was filed to the city telling them that they will be going ahead with the additional 5 floors. the original 80 floor 1 bloor that got cancelled successfully got zoning, meaning the increase will not require a zoning change. (as 80 floors have already been approved) I hope we learn of the official height soon, we have no clue what the new height is.

I see, thanks. They should have just gone all the way to 80 then.

lets hope they do, it would make up for the lack of supertalls if we get 7 or 8 towers between 270 and 298 meters.
