I agree about First Hill. It's as much (or more) part of Downtown as South Lake Union or Lower Queen Anne. In fact it's much closer to the Financial District. And the north side of First Hill is arguably our densest residential area, though the census tracts don't separate it.

Having played Sim City everytime I see the Bank of America Center I can't help but think it's dead.

Awesome video though, Seattle has a very impressive skyline.
