agreed, this looks like a pretty damn impressive development for seattle.
both for its presence in the skyline at large and down at street level where the interplay with rainier tower's funky inverted base should make for a very interesting juxtaposition.
the height is also a nice plus and will really help solidify seattle as one top 10 US skylines in terms of size and height, IMO.
