Some more NoVA news. Ground just broke on One Loudoun, A huge mixed use project on route 7 and loudoun county parkway. 360 acre project with 3 million sq feet of office space. This will be the last stop on the metro line to dulles international airport. The project will include a world trade center which will strive to bring foreign business to the area. Some renderings:
