You gotta do something!! We need your help to get better a new agreements.

Valley Metro will goes on strike by noon tomorrow. I am afraid those passengers will stranded for the days. There is no buses by tomorrow due to strike.

They postponed the date to March 9

They want to get a new agreement. They were in union talks right now. They won't effect go on strike. Right now, they already in negotiations. If they doesn't change their mind.

If I am correct, the private operator of the buses in Phoenix is the same as the one for York Region Transit in Toronto's northern suburbs, and they just ended a strike which went on for like three months.
Seems to be a common theme.

Yeah, I'll get right on that.

Seriously though, in a place like Phoenix, I bet 95% of the population won't even be affected or notice that transit isn't running.
