2006 Retropectives: NYC, Trip #1.

These are from my first trip to New York this past year. I also was able to hit Chambersburg, Pa., Allentown, and Hoboken.

Chambersburg.

Allentown.

Newark.

Hoboken.

New York City.

Back in Jersey.

I love that Brooklyn density.

Also I'd like to see more of Hoboken! I had no idea it was a full fledged city.

It's really not. It's more like one super urban neighborhood. I believe it's only about one square mile, but there is a whole lot packed into that mile.

Is there anything that New York lacks (besides space)?

That's Sylvan Terrace. It's located just off of 161st St. Apparently there were once many rows like this. The pair on this street are the only ones left.
