hehe, I was just having a little fun

Yeah, there are only so many pics you can take of a big hole in the ground. Most projects for me are not really that interesting until they start getting some cladding.

there already is a development app for it. i think it's had one for a few years it's somewhere on UT, so ya something is going there. But when nobody knows. Also the South-west corner (where the 7 eleven/mcdonalds is) apparently is a temporary structure until something is built there down the line.

Karma and INDX are seem like they're taking forever. They both also have incredibly small footprints. weird. I expect them to shoot up like a weed after their podium levels are done.

There's no development application. Just a couple renderings found on the web.

A rezoning application likely wouldn't be needed for the render we saw a few years ago, it appears to be within existing zoning. Its funny how underzoned Toronto is that its really weird when a development doesn't require rezoning.. (45 bay doesn't need it either from my understanding)

That said it won't happen until someone decides to lease 150,000+ square feet in NYCC, which hasn't happened for a while. If the Yonge extension ever happens it may improve accessibility to the site enough that a tenant would see it as a desirable enough site.

There would still be a zoning review as the design is not the twin tower previously planned. Of course, this could be done quickly when Premium Properties has interested parties.

Sun Life financial Tower should be 534ft (163m) as it has lost two floors since the original 37 floor plan... it's now 35 storeys. So with the two floor reduction, the height has changed.

3.7 is the average height of an office floor. Dropping it 10 metres seems a tad excessive. The main floor looks a lot taller and the podium overall appears to have fewer and taller floors. Lopping the equivalent of two storeys off the height just doesn't seem right here. I'm going to stick to the current height. Hopefully, we do get confirmation on the height.

Southcore Delta - From Today.

Didn't realize when I took this photo they had affixed Delta Logo to the North Side of the tower.

I like this one. Saw it in a Delta commercial the other day!

Been a bit of time, since we've been under 200 meters on the top 10. Maybe over a year now...

There are a number of towers that are on this list that have been basically forgotten, and/or receive little to no updates. City Centre is definitely one of those projects.

Thanks for the update!
