Some of us older farts will be lucky if we're saying anything in 30 years.

I'm with you, buddy.

I'm a graying aging Baby Boomer who will be retiring in a couple of years. I'll consider myself lucky if I'm still around in 20 or 25 years.

Lookin' good. In terms of skyscrapers, this was one hell of a year for Philly, wasn't it? We got Comcast Innovation rise up this high, FMC Tower is practically done, construction began on the W Hotel, and smaller buildings like The Alexander, 500 Walnut, and East Market began construction. We also have serious proposals at 1911 Walnut (despite the downsize), SLS International and 1910 Chestnut. Now we also have proposals for the Cathedral Campus, 1300 Market, among others. And of course, we had the unveiling of Schuylkill Yards and the 30th Street District, both of which will be game-changing, provided they actually get built.

Here's to more in 2017!

The Art Museum looks fantastic in that shot. And I love how both Comcast and the Alexander are visible under construction in that pic. And I notice the Ben Franklin Bridge and Camden City Hall off on the side.

That's just about the best picture I've seen on this forum.

Not that it wasn't before, but Philadelphia is becoming such a tremendously photogenic city.
