Uhm, sounds like here say. OKC would be lucky to get another 40+ within the 5-15yrs. Unless there is a super huge oil/nat gas explosion that will be found. List some facts.

Im just reporting what they are saying on a thread at OKCtalk. I doubt all of the projects come thru, but I wouldnt be surprised if a majority of them did.

I'm actually really jealous of you guys in OKC...this is one of the most beautiful buildings I've ever seen. I love watching One World Trade Center grow but this one is remarkable. Does anyone who lives in the area of OKC know how far the tower can be seen from?

I know it can be seen from the intersection of Hwy 9 & Hwy 62 near Blanchard, OK which is 20 miles away. I think I saw it near the horseshoeing school between Norman & Purcell on I-35, but I am not sure if that is what I saw or not. It is 26 miles away.

I've said it before and will say it again, that's one heck of a beautiful tower. I would love to have something very similar to it constructed in Toronto.

^^^ in calgary they built EAP and it is very very simular. same folks designed both. using much the same materials. same with the designe elements, such as the cladding and itinterior matirials. even the podiums exposed support pillars are cladded with near identical metals. calgary and oklahoma city are lucky that these towers where built. they are truely spectacular examples of how things turne out when you hire the right people.
