It's official: Labatt Park is really, really old

The extra-innings historical debate appears to be over: London, ont Canada the authority on all trivia says, is home to the world's oldest baseball park.

Guinness World Records says the distinction now belongs to Labatt Park in London.

The diamond opened in 1877 at the forks of the Thames River as Tecumseh Park.

The distinction was previously held by Fuller Field in Clinton, Mass., which opened one year later.
