does Barcelona have a ghirkin? like london?

i was watching americas's next top model - and they had a quick barcelona shot - the show went to barcelona this season... - and i swear i saw a building that looked like that one on london

is there one like that in barcelona as well?

The tower you saw is Torre Agbar. Not the same as Swiss Re but just as cool and original imo.

I like the colours.

It looks even more like a butt plug than the Gherken but it lights up better at night. It's pretty.

The real question is, why the hell were you watching ANTM?

I think that it's more sophisticated than Swiss Ré. The facade treatment is simply amazing, very detailed and imaginative.
One of Nouvel's best works.

I think its horrifc. A poor mans Swiss RE. not as sophisticated as the one in London.

they both have the same shape but they are very different when looking closer to details.both versions do add a great deal to their cities, the best choice was made

Will somebody please think of the children?! IMO Swiss Re looks much better and I also prefer its facade. Torre Agbar really does look like a giant dildo which more or less ruins the entire skyline.

I dont like the Agbar Tower.
The site is inadequate as you can see in the image.
Imo Barcelona needs a downtown that concentrates skyscrapers.

I defo prefer the glass of the Swiss RE, but the Barca one looks pretty sweet

There's just no comparison. SwissRe is by far the classier tower.

Torre Agbar only looks good at night.
