Definitely in the spot where is Aura, though it doesn't really look much like Aura.

speaking of WAM, has anyone noticed this
http://www.wamdevelopment.com/projects/9th-avenue-sw/

4 towers.... that's a lot.
9th ave will have 150,000 sqft of retail where 10th Ave have 30,000.

looks like they are building a Mini Core

If it is true that they are starting soon, then WAM could be just a little behind Mark on Tenth since the foundation is complete and is to grade.

5 new towers, 1500 new residents, all within a 2-block radius.

Counting in Metropolitan, that is 6 new towers, 2000 new residents, all within a 4-block radius

Pretty incredible. Safeway and COOP must be wringing their hands in glee.

Nice to see those construction trailers and guys on site. A s soon as the crane is up, it can be moved the construction section.

One nice thing about those shutdowns from the last boom cycle, is they are now coming back....and quickly.

So which is going up first? This or the taller tower? Or are they building them both at once?

Shouldn't this be moved to the construction section?

Yes it should. I'll go by one of these days and snap a shot to confirm. They should be done the first floor above ground by now.

The other tower has been moved to the construction section, but I believe there is question over whether they are building both towers.
