there aren't really any images of the revised design, other than the one posted at urbanizela, or the same image at the beginning of this vid & one other one around 3:30.....

^ most of the scenes in that recent vid duplicate a vid from 2 yrs ago. Except the youtuber has inserted more recent images of the revised bldg to replace the previous version still shown at the start of this vid & around 3:30....

this thread sometimes focuses so much on the inanimate....or strictly the design of projs & new devlpt....that the human element is overlooked or pushed into the background.
I love projs that bring more ppl back to dtla...ppl who first started abandoning the center of LA over 30 or 40 yrs ago.
Even more so when that new devlpt involves the replacement of gaps....deadzones....similar to the current parking lot on the west side of LA street south of 2nd. A property that has long been in the shadow of St vibiana's & now the new vibiana loft bldg. Or what until has now been one of those gaps that contributes to giving the hood a sketchy, forlorn look & feel.
Time for change is long overdue & very welcome in finally giving dtla a more complete, active profile.
