Surely they're close enough to only need one line? At lest until Toronto adds a couple more million?
My point lies more with expanding capacity by removing the streetcar. Both street even today could use more space. Possibly the 504 could be relocated to Lake Shore/Bremner/Queens Quay with a Queen subway .
Ah, thanks. I don't recall that project. I remember you saying your renders are accurate virtually down to the millimetre, but to my eyes those two appear a fair bit taller than they should. Probably just illusive.
Scale is fine. They just are super tall in comparsion to the surrounding built form.
My understanding is that the DRL consultations recommended Queen Street? No way will we get 2 parallel subway lines on both Queen and King in the next few decades, one line on Queen is at least feasible.
I'd settle for one line, but would love to see both a King and Queen subway line that extends out significantly to the east and west.

Lol "downtown Mississauga", don't think I've ever heard that before for Mississauga.
I had a chuckle over the commentary about the nightlife myself.. there really isn't a defined 'downtown' but the area in question is where the downtown is planned. ...not really an organic downtown in the traditional sense but most suburban cities end up having to create one. The only part of Mississauga which in my opinion has a downtown vibe if you will is Port Credit.
