It's buildings like this and pine street that makes me mad Chicago had those height restrictions. Could you imagine skyscrapers like those two in Chicago's loop, it would've been awesome.

40 Wall Street Observatory Deck

From what I understand, there used to be an observation deck on the 69th and 70th floors of the Bank of Manhattan Building at 40 Wall Street that was open to the public. Does anyone know when this observation deck was closed to the public and does anyone have any pictures of the observation deck as I have not been able to find any of this online?
