To me it's odd that I can't find a project name, website, etc. for anyone interested in purchasing (or renting) any of these units. Are they even going to be for sale to the general public? Or all they all already privately sold out to the developer's family and friends?

Meanwhile, as seen from Bute Street just north of Davie.
Oh yeah, wish more of such avant garde building will pop up around the West End, as well as the rest of Vancouver. This style works for smaller lots, so the larger single family lots can even accommodate this type of structure. I like this design as only the front and back facades are heavily windowed, whereas the sides are left with mostly walls, which enable future neighbours to build tall without having residents complaining that their views would potentially get blocked, thus lessening the opportunity for Nimbyism at work.
I love this project. Thanks for the pics!! This is a good example of what I'd like to see replace the aging shit holes that are everywhere in the west end Although, a larger floor plate would help increase number of units. It's Not the densest project. Is it one unit per floor?

The only problem with that is that aging shit-holes provide homes for residents who live and work in the city. This building is likely summer pied a terres for people who are able to drop several million dollars on whole-floor condos.
