I agree. Nothing new or fancy but, it works. My only wish would be for curved balcony glass but I understand their reasoning after Five's delays.

I'd say it's my current favourite on the list as well. I appreciate the narrow lot and heritage retention. The tower's massing is pleasing to the eyes too.

Every time I see those towers book-ending the Eaton Centre I can't help but wish they were double the height. I like the look and design, just wish there was a lot more height to them. Hopefully Massey will go some way to addressing this image.

Massey is turning out nicely. I didn't realize there was going to be two toned glass on the balconies. Nice touch. I also really appreciate the care they took with heritage preservation.
