Thanks folks! It has been a while.

fangorangutang,
I'm sure there are better ways to do it - but I simply marked the postcards (with the lasso tool in PS), copied the marked area into a new layer, and edited the respective layers separately (one in colour, one in b/w that is).
Thanks by the way.

john_mclark,
Well, yeah, my camera has the auto exposure bracketing feature, which can result in HDR photos. Some of the photos above are HDR processed. Most notably number 7 from the top.
Thanks.

AntonAusTirol,
Thanks brother. I hope to be back at some point pretty soon. Hopefully I'll get to go on some kind of exchange program to China (preferably SH or HK).

Capsule F,
Thanks man.
Some seriously dope producers are remixing Chromeo's tracks as of late. Including D.I.M. (the one in my post), Etienne de Crecy, Guns N Bombs, MSTRKRFT, Surkin and so on...

Upward,
Thanks. Means a lot coming from you.

Thanks to everyone for checking out my photo thread.

Amazing stuff! The seventh one from the bottom is incredible, one of the few times smog actually looks good.

This is some next level shit. You're amazing, staff. I feel like some of these should be in a gallery. "Density, Shanghai" reminds me of an Andreas Gursky piece.

Thanks people!

Echo Park,
Gursky is a big inspiration for me. Love his work.

Lucky 24,
I don't know - flickr.com works pretty well for me (even non-paid membership, since I don't upload that much). I will continue using Flickr until I'm forced to pay for it (upload limits etc.), and probably still use it after that.

Perhaps it's easier to get photos sold from a private website? I have only sold one photo through my Flickr page. Problem is though - how do people find your personal website?

I can't think of anything to say, so I'll just sit here for a while with my jaw hanging.

Wow!!!

Nice, nice, nice. Even though I'd seen quite a few of these before, they are still great to look at. The Urban Madness HDR image of Shanghai is just stupid slick. Makes me think darkish science fiction movie like Bladerunner. I love it.
