I love how WFS is right on the waterfront. It reminds me of the world trade center in B'more, and the Modis building in JAX - how it's right on the water. I love how that looks, especially from boats and bridges and stuff.
There is no car "just sitting there", nor are there four lanes of traffic.
The tan sedan is changing lanes, possibly without a turn signal, but the picture could have been snapped while the blinker was off. The blue car is moving up and around the merging sedan to keep there spot in the far right lane.
As someone who has (unfortunately) done alot of highway driving, that is about as common a traffic picture as you can get.

They are also putting up a lot of windows and wall panels on the north face of the north tower. Heading south on I-95 the towers pop up above the the warehouses around them. They can be seen from farther away now.
It seems to me that the "setback floors" have a few feet extra in the floor to ceiling ratio. Didn't I read somewhere that was going to be the case?

Yeah, I knew I read it somewhere -- on the Waterfront Square website. It said 9 feet on the lower floors, 10 on the upper.

Saw the towers as I rode the train home from my orientation at temple and man are they looking tall. Can't wait to see the other three to start rising.
I was wondering if they are following the same setbacks as the model shows. If so, the north tower along the river is going to really look taller and thinner than I thought.
When I rode past on the bus last night it "appears" they are excavating for the next tower.
