In that last pic looks like they filled and leveled the bottom with gravel. The pic before had the bottom mud and water.

Building Philly has updates for today, and it looks like the core may be ready to be poured!

We should be seeing a caravan of concrete trucks show up any day now.

I was going to post the cranes have been lowered and it looks like they are moving onto cement trucks showing up.

I think I am going to enjoy watching this rise more than CITC, not to say I won't enjoy both. But this location for a 700+ ft building will stand out tremendously.

Agreed. Of the two, FMC will have the bigger impact on the skyline, I think. And - can of worms - I think FMC is the better looking building. Nevertheless, two great additions to our skyline.

When should we expect to see a tower crane installed? I assume just one crane correct?

What will that be, about 50-60 truckloads? Or will they be using higher capacity trucks?

its ashame that this site doesn't have the webcams like Comcast and Lancaster Square, whoever goes tomorrow, tell them to put a damn camera up on the parking garage facing the site. And if they don't listen tell them a bunch of architecture freaks will come out and sing horrible songs or something. Something like OccupyFMC.
