That was a great picture harls

It would be nice to see an update now that the additional 3 floors are up (18th-19th) including the 20th floor terrace with its curved roof.

A Dr. Watson moment.

A Dr. Watson moment, "I find, when looking through my files for April 21...". I was concentrating on Loser Heaven and just barely got this.

It looks fairly tall now...is it topped out yet? I've often been surprised that there aren't more residential buildings along the river like this...

Yes as they appear to be on the 20th floor terrasse.

I thought it was only 18 floors?

edit - I counted them and it is more than 18.. but their website says it's only 18? confusing..

edit again - on Facebook they say 18.. on leviu.ca they say 19 floors.. and you say 20!

These are from April 17 - from their facebook page

le Viu is 19 floor total and 3 1/2 floor of underground parking the 19 fl is the gym the spa and. Endless pool for current swim . The confusion is cause there is no 13 fl so the last fl is number 20 . There is 135 000 sq foot of selling area and 240 000 sq foot gross total area

You are right. The 20th floor terrasse is actually the 19th floor as there is no 13th.

When you talk with the developper, they always refer to the 20th floor.

I biked past this last night and it looks absolutely great from the Alexandra Bridge! Hope to see more nice developments like this on the HUll side and for some kind of hipster community to develop around there ! (we can hope, right?)

We do hope the area becomes more trendy especially with the Destination Gatineau project that if approved could be completed by 2017 which is the intent as it would correspond with Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation.

Cool, makes the other two buildings look a little less out of place and a little more aesthetically pleasing.
