One of many "Temporary Building" complexes built during the Second World Ward. Those were demolished in the early 80s for the Provincial Court House (and later the Regional Headquarters, now City Hall).

The last Temporary, which was behind the Supreme Court in the Parliamentary Precinct, was torn down a few years ago by the Harper Government.
