Those defensive pairings are terrific, a goaltender's dream.

Looks good, addition by subtraction with Kane and his enormous ego gone and Bogo his ''habits'' along with his low hockey IQ gone!

Ah, you're right! haha missed that. They're about 2-3% higher this year. E-mails were sent to season ticket holders this morning. Actually have a good shot at playoffs this year!

One of the hardest hits I have ever seen. And to think that Gazdic is about 235lbs. Not great the way he crumpled and bent into the boards but definitely a clean hit. I would think he needs to be angry with his defense-man not Buff.

^ I'm sure that pass was regretted the very moment it was released! Buff laid him out like he was made of concrete...unreal.

well what do you figure boys and girls? I would say they have to win the next 18 of remaining 23 to have a shot. It's not looking good. seems like these western divisional games are all going to 3 points. Jets picked a great time to fall asleep for 6 games.

Media outlets are reporting playoffs in and around 95 points or so. Saying Jets need to play slightly better than .500 to make it. I'm guessing this is due to the fact that we play all the teams we are competing with. We play St. Louis 4 times, but play pretty much everyone else just once. So I'm thinking since everyones playing everyone, the points even out for the most part. Unless Winnipeg completely dive bombs to the gutter, they'll make it at least in the last spot.

That post all-star break losing streak was brutal though. If Jets would've took half the points, we'd be tied with Chicago.
