Dated??
It was a new design by Hong Kong P & T Group, and the space and exterior design in this building has a breakthrough. This case was the first whole granite building in Kaohsiung. The stone was found by Hong Kong designers themselves, and finally found in Brazil. The stone can reflect the dazzling effects of sunlight which was called "gold marble". The King's Group bought the whole granite mine and the stone was transported back to Taiwan by air. The appearance of granite will not become outdated over time.
Also, the best design should consider other buildings, not only modernization.

sorry, the design looks very dated. does not look like a building for the 21st century.

Okay, if this building is dated, most of the residential buildings in Taiwan are more and more dated.
Compared with other residential buildings in Taiwan, I think this design is good enough.

unfortunately, very true and too common an attitude about taiwanese people: the "cha bu duo-lah" attitude.

I think it is better to have put all the thread into one thread rather than one project for one thread. If you just want to post completed projects.
